During the three stages of a women’s life - menstruation, pregnancy and menopause - the practices of Yoga are adapted. Theoretical and practical information will be given based on Asana, Mudra and Pranayama.
Emma Balnaves is the director and a teacher of Shadow Yoga and Nrtta Sadhana. She was introduced to yoga in her teenage years and began her studies in 1991. Emma has had prior training in Classical ballet and Shaolin Martial Arts. Her formal education includes a Bachelor of Arts in design, a diploma in Marma Shastra and five years of part-time Ayurvedic studies in Kerala, India.
