The idea of rebirthing is to release the subconscious, the storehouse of misery - Yogi Bhajan
The subconscious has many layers. Just like a recorder, it constantly records and stores all of our pain and fears. As the tape fills up, we get stuck in them. We are unable to move forward to experience the consistent flow of the life force.
Rebirthing is an ancient yogic technology to shed the unwanted past. Heal the pain of the past and overcome the obstacles which keep us from living our best lifeawakened and rejuvenated.
This course will provide you with the technical know how to heal yourself from the pain and misery of the past and align yourself with your TRUE destiny.You will see yourself reborn again, arising out of the past, blooming like a lotus out of the mud of confusion, prejudices, and conditionings.
