Preparing for Labor and Birth with Yoga
4 hours single session for pregnant women from 13 weeks pregnant until birth. You don't need yoga experience to benefit from this workshop.
Pregnancy is an inspiring and unique time of growth and of connection with yourself, your body, your baby and life itself.
If you have a busy schedule and cannot attend a weekly class, you still can enjoy the benefits of yoga. During this intimate, personalised workshop you will learn simple and effective yoga techniques that will support you and your baby during pregnancy and prepare your body, mind and spirit for labour and birth.
1.- Understanding the stages of labour and birth from the physical, emotional, mental and spiritual spaces. Understanding how by integrating these spaces you can give birth with trust and confidence.
2.- Breathing to ease labour and birth.
3.-Yoga poses for labour and birth
4.- Relaxing the body and mind, how to cultivate relaxation for you and your baby during pregnancy and birth to possible prevent "baby distress".
5.- Meditation and mental imagery to dispel fear and cultivate a positive image of birth.

Day & Time: Saturday from 2.0 pm to 6.0 pm
Class Size: Maximum 4 students per workshop.
Pricing: $120 per person. $85 if you are attending / have attended Erlinda Yoga prenatal yoga program.
