There’s nothing wrong with feeling connected, but it’s one of the great modern ironies that the more connected we may be online, the less connected we feel in spirit.
For the first time, we’re hosting a three week Unplugged Urban Retreat – a time to cut our technological tethers for a short while and reconnect to our friends, our environment and ourselves.
This retreat does not cost anything to be a part of, nor is there an end goal. It is purely an invitation to join us in letting go of our electronic toys for three weeks and discover what’s on offer in our world through our senses alone. Over the course of three weeks you will:
The extra activities may incur small costs, but you are welcome to pick and choose as you desire. We’ll have a sign up sheet at the front desk (no online booking in!), so put your name down and connect in to your local yoga community in a refreshing way!
Some events will have a charge depending on what they are, but otherwise it's all free.
