New to yoga or wanting to get back on your mat?
Our 5 week beginner course will take you from total beginner to confident yogi, with correct (and safe!) alignment and increased flexibility, so that you'll emerge strong and confident.
We will explore the meaning of yoga, how to breathe properly, your energy systems, relaxation & meditation.
Class size will be kept small so that you will benefit from individual attention in a warm and nurturing environment.
Week 1 – Breathing and sun salutations
Week 2 – Standing poses
Week 3 – Balance and strength
Week 4 – Flexibility in seated poses
Week 5 - Bringing it all together and going deeper.
