This drop-off program adds exercises and themed tricks for children aged 7-10 years. Each class has been carefully crafted to include swinging, spinning, stretching, gripping, and inverting. These techniques fine-tune kinesthetic and balance systems and strengthen young bodies. Games are included for fun and further development.
