The theme for this year's Heart of Yoga week is ‘Pariksa – Observation from Gross to Subtle’.
Each day starts with early morning practice, vedic chanting and then morning and afternoon workshops concluding with a restorative, relaxation session using sound. A “Sound Bath” is a total experience.
There are lots of workshops on how to observe the body from many perspectives – from the gross structure to the subtle way in which we inhabit the woven fabric of our being.
