Join Master Yang for this informative and interactive weekend workshop aimed at helping you learn how to better manage stress, anxiety and depression.

 

Stress and Anxiety are common problems in the modern world, with almost everyone at some stage in their journey feeling stress and anxious about their own life situation and challenges.

 

Social pressures such as bereavement, divorce, deadlines, financial difficulties, excessive demands on your time plus stressors such as lack of exercise, poor nutrition and lack of sleep can all affect your physical and mental health. These are just a few examples.

 

Symptoms can even present themselves as physiological issues, such as digestive issues, hormonal imbalances, poor skin condition and in more extreme cases leading to chronic disease.

 

Calligraphy Health Systems developed by Master Yang over 16 years based on his knowledge of body movement, organ function, buddhism and Taoist principle from over 50 years of his own studies aims to return your body to it’s natural state. It will also allow the body and mind to become calm and grounded.

 

You will learn simple movements and sequences that will promote organ harmony, blood circulation, create energy and leave you feeling happy and grounded on a cellular level.

You will gain the knowledge and ability to create a self practise at home.

 

This workshop will benefit anyone who feels -

• stress and anxiety is impacting your physical and emotional health
• stressed all the time and find it hard to 'switch off' and relax
• tired and constantly depleted of energy
• tried traditional therapies and are interested in a more holistic approach
