Ruby9 Yoga

Sally began her yoga journey at the age of 14. Yoga has woven it's way through her sporting life, through study and Motherhood.

She teaches regular classes in Bassendean and Darlington.

Private classes and Yoga Therapy form a large part of Sally's teaching. Yoga, one on one, allows for each person's individual needs to be catered for in a very specific manner.
