Louise Goodvach

Louise commenced her study of yoga in 1984, certifying as an Iyengar Junior Intermediate Level 2 Teacher in 1994. In 1997 she established Yoga Moves as an Iyengar Yoga School.

For the past 20 years Louise has been studying closely with Shandor Remete and Emma Balnaves, the founders and Directors of Shadow Yoga and Nrtta Sadhana, and continues to run Yoga Moves as a Shadow Yoga School.

Louise is a registered Senior Teacher with Yoga Australia and studies widely at home and abroad.

Louise’s lifelong passion is about supporting and developing people through the practice of yoga and believes that one’s practice has the capabilities of not only harnessing the mind and building power but elevating the individual.
