The Advanced Course will train you to design, teach and create your own amazing courses.
You will learn how to:
* Build physical strength over 5 weeks
* Sequence movements for tweens and teens that keep them engaged for the entire class
* Use the language of motivation to inspire teens to participate at their full potential
* Follow a class management template to have even Year 9 boys silent!
* Plan and re-structure classes dependent upon the needs and energy of the group on the day.
* Plan courses based on physical outcomes
* Plan courses based on a theme: such as Stress and Anxiety
* Sequence classes that are safe and build up to Inversions, Wheel, Double leg raises, Fish Pose...and more
