Releasing the power of the sound

In this workshop, Sunila Vig will help us to pronounce and understand the ancient sounds of Sanskrit, the language of yoga and of the prayerful chants and shlokas. Growing up in a traditional Indian family, Sunila absorbed the practice of mantra, bhajjan and shloka from a very young age. She will explain how to pronounce the Sanskrit terms correctly, and lead us in traditional chanting, a Divine way to spend a Friday evening. Suitable for all levels.
