The weekend retreat is an opportunity to deepen your practice, explore playful vinyasa sequences, help your body and mind get unstuck through the practice of yin, and to rest and renew. Yin yoga will be explored as the precursor to practicing meditation and the retreat will also include periods of mindfulness meditation practice. Join a group of other yogis for delicious largely organic vegetarian food, chai and evening bonfire. This retreat is a popular event, loved by many, so be sure to book early.
