Join Jean Byrne PhD for a weekend retreat where we journey into the heart of yoga as a practice of stillness, quiet and joy! With morning vinyasa and evening Restorative & Yoga Nidra this weekend is an opportunity to reconnect with your practice, yourself, spend time with like minded people and enjoy the natural beauty of Margaret River.
The yoga program will be led by Senior Yoga Australia member & Authorised Ashtanga Yoga teacher Jean Byrne. Following morning practice your days will be free to explore the region, surf, paddleboard, go out for lunch, sit on the beach, have a wellness consultation or spend quiet time in the beauty of the yoga retreat centre, Honeyeater Ridge.
Morning breakfast will include homemade muesli, fruit, organic yoghurts, sourdough bread and delicious smoothies. Evening dinners will be largely vegan, gluten free with some raw options. All food will be made with love to nourish body and soul during this restful weekend.
Our accommodation for the weekend is at the peaceful Honeyeater Ridge in Margaret River. Surrounded by bush, Honeyeater Ridge is a wonderful place to retreat, to live simply and to enjoy the company of other yogis. Accommodation is simple and comfortable in shared dorms and rooms, shared bathrooms are within the main house, within the main dorm and there are (private) outside showers and toilets. There is plenty of space to sit in the sun and enjoy a long breakfast or cup of chai.
