Description

“thousands of candles can be lit from one single candle and the life of the candle will not be shortened, happiness never decreases by being shared” The Buddha

Come along to this sacred women’s circle around the full-moon where we use astrology as a framework to cultivate a space of healing, self realization and community.  During these two hours we will…

Participate in restorative yoga – a style that allows us to dive deep into our physical being while being supported by blankets, blocks and bolsters. We immerse into our physical depths to start the healing process of what is already blocked or stagnant. A powerful practice allowing us to organically move from our head and into the body. A style suitable for all levels.

Meditation – dropping deeper into the parasympathetic nervous system through mindful meditation practices.

Community – coming together for support through our intuition and heart opening process.

Astrological – using the energies of our full-moon and diving deeper into personal soul work we need under these powerful cosmic configurations.  Giving us permission to move forward and heal through this soul work.

Weaving astrological, ancient philosophies, yogic and energy work into the group.  Most importantly cultivating a safe and supportive space for this process to organically unfold.

What to bring

An offering of some kind to the group. A flower, food, whatever you feel drawn to.  Comfortable clothes and a journal to scribe any experiences or insights you would like to read later.

About Sandeep

Sandeep’s mission is to bring together a diverse range of people, through the medium of yoga, astrology or women's circle, she holds a space for students, old and new to explore and experience a deeper understanding of their own truths.

Sandeep grew up in the UK, born in Royal Leamington Spa, one of six siblings, life was a mixture of vibrancy in culture and freedom to explore her own spiritual path. Sandeep found yoga accidentally in 1999, when she used to be a gym junkie. The concept of connecting with her own physical body through various movements left her feeling blissful and utterly hooked. She continued a gentle spiritual based yoga practice until she found the Jivamukti method in 2010, Sydney my yoga practice became a priority. Through these ancient practices Sandeep found the importance of astrological patterns alignment on events on our planet, and uses the powerful aspects to explore necessary soul work.

Since then Sandeep has engaged in ongoing practice with her teacher, Rima Rani Rabbath, who continues to mentor her how to connect with students, life, and circumstance through the lens of love, compassion and empathy.  These qualities are expressed through her diverse and dynamic sequencing, making the sessions fun and vibrant.

Sandeep believes the practice of yoga is a tool to explore all the hidden shadows within us, and astrology is a framework in which we can explore energies to unpack or find resolve in an organic manner. Her vision is to continue to thrive in assisting students to explore the notion of unconditional love for all beings. Sandeep is thankful to Sharon Gannon and David Life who have both designed the Jivamukti method, to help everyone live a conscious and mindful life.
