Don't miss this rare (and FREE!) opportunity to practice with Advanced Teacher Katie Manitsas.
Katie is the lead co-teacher along with Idit Hefer-Tamir on the Sukha Mukha Advanced Teacher Training.
This asana based class will give you the perfect opportunity to experience our teaching style, our strong sense of community and some of the things you will learn during advanced teacher training.
We especially encourage anyone who has not worked with us before to come to this session, but everyone who is interested in Advanced Teacher Training is welcome. Session includes 1 hour practice and 1/2 hour Q and A.
