Marissa is a highly trained Meditation and Yoga Teacher, Counsellor and Stress Relief Therapist. She specialises in stress relief with a special interest in anxiety, depression and trauma which takes her to many countries training clients, therapists and healthcare workers. She combines both traditional eastern and western scientific approaches healing. Her intention is to empower you to understand yourself, & to support you to develop abilities to bravely face the highs and lows of life open heartedly. In the most kind, compassionate, positive and empowering way.
