12 CPD Points with Yoga Australia
For thousands of years, Vedic knowledge was passed down through the ‘guru-chela’ tradition. Today, the closest to this tradition is the student-mentor relationship. Yoga Australia has now recognised that mentoring is a needed process for ongoing development at all levels of teaching.
Mentoring offers a unique opportunity to energise your personal sadhana, enrich your teaching, explore ideas, share experiences and delight in a creative, nurturing oasis of like-minded people. It’s your personal time to relax and care for self.
For the last six years, Sindar mentored both new and experienced teachers from all traditions in their personal and professional journeys towards higher goals of yoga and elevation of consciousness. She feels honoured and humbled to continue to hold this ‘space’ for genuine seekers of peace and eternal truth, in this era of spiritual renaissance. She has been able to guide, coach and support her students through the inner challenges they face during spiritual emergence and evolvement, focusing on nourishing practices such as Pranayama, Meditation, Mantras and Yogic Psychology.
In recent years Sindar had many students and clients who felt they were in an ‘emotional rut’ of self defeating feeling and reactions, even though they know better or are spiritually developed.
Sindar will explore this subject matter as an important aspect of developing and deepening awareness to heal and transform the spirit. Sindar works intuitively and welcomes any other ideas which are brought to the group.
Please note space is limited so do not miss this amazing opportunity to be inspired and grow as Sindar comes to share with us her knowledge, wisdom and experience.
