The Flying Dragon, inspired by Paul Grilley and expanded by Beth Borowsky, is a dynamic yang yoga sequence that ignites your inner fire in a rhythmic, fluid and therapeutic way.
In honour of the Year of the Dragon, we’ll fly beyond our limitations with grace, strength and an inner belief that everything is possible…and we’ll have fun! The latter part of the class will soften into a restorative practise, allowing your internal fire to relax your muscles as you melt into stillness, serenity and calm.
