Join Martine for a week of 7 practices, daily recipes and reflections from the yogic philosophies to help you take it beyond the physical! You will be taking practices on the mat and off the mat for a deep detox of the body and mind.
From Mondays to Friday, every day you will join a class from 6:30am to 7:30 am and on the Saturday and Sunday, a 10:30am to 12:30pm class.
What the week entails:
On The Mat:
Monday: Twist and turn, flush the toxins out
Tuesday: Tummy focus, strengthen your core to cleanse
Wednesday: Backbends to restore your nervous system
Thursday: Upside down to shake things up
Friday: Stress release practice long holds
Saturday: Put it all together, tummies, twists, backbends a practice to make you sweat and move
Sunday: Ground it all down a gentle practice to reflect on the week
Off The Mat:
For the duration of the week students will undertake a vegan diet (no animal products), no alcohol, no sugar, no wheat, no processed foods, no driving (public transport, walking or riding), no TV, only one thing at a time (e.g. no music and walking, just walking. No texting and having dinner), a daily project, assigned at the end of each class; sleeping eight hours a night. Are you ready to take the challenge?
