MINDFULNESS & MEDITATION CORE SKILLS TRAINING (FINAL COURSE FOR 2016)
In this 6 week course, you have the opportunity to either learn mindfulness meditation or brush up on your practice skills! Developing the core skills of mindfulness will help you to build a stability and calmness of mind, that positively changes the way you see the world and view yourself.
You will practice stress relief techniques that are easy, and practical enough to integrate straight away. Whether you are experiencing stress, intense emotions, times of transition, problematic thoughts, exhaustion, anxiety or just want to learn more about yourself, you will benefit greatly from this program.
Each class is comprised of two practices, one traditional meditation and one visualization to deepen your experience.

Marissa is a Mindfulness and Compassion Trainer, Mindful Yoga and Meditation Teacher, as well as a Stress Relief Therapist. As a therapist her intention is to empower you to understand yourself fully, & to support you to develop abilities to bravely face the highs and lows of life open heartedly. Her work is a true synthesis of authentic ancient practice and modern evidence based research. Where wisdom of the ages and modern knowledge happily converge.
