Calling all budding yoginis! Our 10-Week kids yoga course gives your child the benefits of yoga in a fun, supportive and playful environment. Yoga maintains flexibility and strengthens growing bodies, enhances concentration and increases self esteem. This course teaches present moment awareness, and will cultivate a relaxed, more peaceful state of body and mind.
