During this 50 Hour training you will gain a clear understanding of the theory and practice of yin yoga, and become qualified to teach complete yin yoga classes with intelligence and respect for the practice. You will also gain a deeper understanding of the concept of yin in your personal and teaching life, and how this awareness is vital to our own health and wellbeing.
We have immense respect for the physical body, and the safety and health of your students so we have partnered with Liz Bennet, Physiotherapist and Yoga Teacher will provide an in-depth examination of the anatomy and physiology of a yin yoga practice.

• Basic principles of Yin sequencing
• Learn specific sequences for each of the main meridian pairs
• Learn how to access the spine during yin yoga
• Meditation: mindfulness & meridian nidra
• Pranayama & how to balance the nervous system
• Contemplation
• The art of holding space
• Props & modifications
• Using music as a tool for Yin Yoga practice
• Personalised Yin – teaching the individual within the group
