"Remember, the first student you will have to teach as a teacher is yourself. And as the light of one candle can light thousands of candles, you must first illuminate your own consciousness. Awaken your own awareness. Then you can help. You can serve. You can contribute."
The teacher training course is experiential, it opens your awareness, allows you to shed old layers of habit, it is an adventure into your true self. Whether you want to become a teacher or simply want to learn more about yourself and the technology of kundalini yoga, our Level One Teacher Training offers a transformational experience.

"After practising Kundalini Yoga for many years I finally signed up for the Teacher Training. It was the best decision ever. It was a beautiful journey which helped me in more ways I could have ever imagined. It was a wonderful gift I gave to myself. I would recommend Teacher Training to anyone!
The teacher team was very supportive and helped everyone to grow while delivering the teachings of Kundlini Yogain their original form."
"I started practicing Kundalini yoga in November 2015.
I was feeling very lost and directionless at the time.
I had resigned from my job and sold my house. My significant other was my cat.
After doing a 40 day Sat Kriya I was moved to abandon all habitual redirection and sign up for the 2016 Kundalini Yoga Teacher's Training.
I travelled from NZ to Australia to the first week long immersion and I was immediately confronted with myself up close and personal in a way that never let up.
I was also filled with the most certain feeling I have ever had of being in the right place, on the right path...
In the year that has followed I have had moments of feeling like I'm just not enough; always the practice itself bought me through these blockages. Hand in hand with my personal life issue's came up within me only to be dissolved or healed in a most nourishing far reaching and profound way.
I am grateful on a daily basis now to my first teacher...and to all my teacher's
Harjinder Sahib Suraj Gopalpreet and to all who I practice Kundalini Yoga with, student and teacher alike.
My life feels full and rich and I am nourished and happy more than I have ever been. I am braver and more myself. I am now aligned with my "Sat Nam" true identity I live more as I dreamed of and struggling to get by is falling away. I am amazed on a daily basis that I now have this precious knowledge to live by and to pass on and teach.
I am excited to be doing service for the first NZ training coming to my country in May and I would highly recommend this training to anyone seeking union with their own soul self the teacher within."
