Phoenix Rising Nature Retreat • A 5 Day Meditative Retreat

Our retreat will take us on an inner journey, into silence and into nature.
We will meet ourselves in the natural world, in simplicity, in honesty and in openness.
You are invited to bring your truth here, into each moment, to deeply listen, to simply be with whatever arises and to hold it in the deepest acceptance.
Life is moving in unknown ways, challenging and surprising us in every moment. This can be confusing, undermining and overwhelming. How do we open to the next moment without fear?
How do we feel safe in the unknown and trust in life’s process?
We will explore the stages of awakening and the tools that support us to become fully embodied. As we bring our awareness to the subtle mechanisms that hold us in the prison of our separate self, the mechanism dissolves and we open to a new reality. We become free. Self realisation is a continuous process of unfolding into life.
We will be guided through Inquiry Processes, Meditation, Mindfulness & Nature Practices,
Silent Reflection and Deep Healing.
Suraj
A guide for those in the process of healing, transition and transformation, Suraj has practiced Meditation and Healing for over 40 years. She is an International Teacher, and a Lead Trainer and Mentor in Kundalini Yoga & Meditation (level 3).
For 10 years she served as President of Ramadasa, Centre for the study of KY and Meditation in China and Asia Pacific. She embraces the teachings of East & West and connects across ages, languages, cultures and stages of life.
