A Full Day Intensive For Intermediate and Advanced Students
Free your hips in a powerful and blissful day of yoga. with four great teachers coming together, one after another to give you their expertise, to give you true understanding, space and opening in the hips.
Daniel Aaron leads a Radiantly Alive Vinyasa class, followed by the dynamic anatomist Chris Kummer, and internationally acclaimed Nicky Doane guides you through advanced asana technique. Then finish up with a deeply restorative class of Roll & Release with James Mattingley.
While there is no specific pre-requisite to join, this full day intensive caters specifically to intermediate and advanced yoga students. Join for a day of fun and opening to create lasting change in your mind, in your body and in your hips.
