Begin and end each day with Yoga

Yoga brings balance to our mind, body and soul. Did you know that yoga also excites your hidden creative passion? Yogic techniques directly affect our energy and are useful in bringing latent creative energy to the fore. Our style of Yoga is straightforward and medically sound. It is suitable for everyone - beginners, right through to serious practitioners. Madi teaches traditional Hatha Yoga, as passed down from Sri Swami Sivananda - a doctor, humanitarian and great Yogi. This is interwoven with the wisdom of Sri Krishnamarcharya, known as father of modern yoga. Madi is also a trained Kundalini Yoga Teacher. The (Kundalini) kyrias work directly on the energy within the body, and are unsurpassed for releasing creative passion!

Cultivate creativity

Have a Visual Arts teacher guide you step by step through of a variety of techniques & exploration of 2D media. With a small class size, the content & subject of works is personalised. You will bind your own Visual Diary, made from recycled leather &/or textile, and begin to document your adventures, musings and dreams, whilst exploring a wide variety of media & techniques.
