Lisa’s yoga journey began seven years ago, but it wasn’t until a retreat in 2017 that her practice completely changed. It went from being simply a form of exercise to becoming something so much deeper and more profound. She found her connection with breath and learnt how to create space for herself on her mat. For Lisa, yoga is home. It’s the safest place where she can be the most true expression of herself. It is because of this that Lisa loves to teach from the heart, encouraging students to use their breath to guide movement. She creates sequences that encourage movement with intention and purpose. Her classes build with pace and power, with little snippets of philosophy and opportunities for self-reflection weaved throughout. She always encourages students to move in a way that respects their body and how they are feeling. You can expect to leave her classes feeling vibrant and rejuvenated.
