Belinda brings over twenty years of yoga practice to the table and maintains a strong personal practice to date. Belinda’s style is characterized by its warmth and inclusivity, encouraging students to adapt postures to suit their needs and to exercise their choices in movement breath to breath.
The philosophical and spiritual origins of yoga are always present in her classes, as are breathing and meditation techniques. Belinda offers Vinyasa, Slow Flow, Restorative, Yin, and Meditation styles.
