Akhanda Yoga encourages participants to explore all aspects of the age old tradition of yoga.
In this workshop, we will explore all aspects of Akhanda Yoga: Asana (yoga postures), Pranayama (breathwork), Mantra (chanting), Meditation (mind in stillness) + Yoga Philosophy
Feel whole and balanced with a traditional, Akhanda Yoga class for all levels: taught by Nick 'Sadashiv' Bradley. The practice will be done to the sounds of live, traditional Indian music and mantra performed by Radha Rani.
A very spiritual and unique experience.
For those of you who have requested, there will be information available about our upcoming Yoga Teacher Training. Our Teacher Trainings are located on the Gold Coast and are for those interested in deepening their practice and/or becoming a high quality Yoga teacher.
