Yoga for Pregnancy classes involves breathing and yoga postures for strength and relaxation, as well as deepening your connection with your baby. Health providers recommend yoga as a safe and gentle form of pregnancy exercise. Senior Yoga Teacher, Suzanne Swan (20 years experience) has expert knowledge of pregnancy and will give you the confidence to vary the pregnancy exercises according to your ability. From 14 weeks to 42 weeks.
You will be participating in a 'live' pregnancy yoga class with Suzanne Swan and other pregnant students.
Set up your yoga space
a towel or yoga mat
a small stool or yoga blocks (20-40cms high)
firm pillows or yoga bolster
chair or exercise ball (birth ball)
