Description

Doing nothing over the Christmas period from December 27th. Then come and enjoy your time with us at Yoga Kula where you be given the opportunity to learn the bio mechanics of yoga as well as wind down and be inspired over the Christmas break.

27th December: Inspired by the wisdom, lightness, and mythology of Ganesha.
This intelligent and delicately crafted sequence is designed to bring fierce strength and stability to the lower torso so we can liberate our spine to be free and open with ease into twists. The workshop will weave the bio mechanics of asana, storytelling and breath.

28th December: Laksmi and Saraswati represent abundance, love, beauty and deep creativity and femininity. We will leverage off the wisdom of these goddesses to help us go deeper into stabilizing our pelvis and opening our hips.

29th December: Durga and Kali represent transformation; of fear into love, ignorance into truth, and pain into compassionate purpose. We will use their power to help our shoulder girdle become strong and mobile which will ultimately liberate us to freely open up into backbends.

30th December: Shiva and Shakti evoke us to move into a state of presence. We will restore and rest our body on this day, combining pranayama, meditation and restorative poses.
