Postnatal Yoga Course

The class will comprise of breathing practices, gentle yoga to re-strengthen abdominal and pelvic floor muscles, relaxation techniques and chanting. At this stage the intention to keep the class as yoga for mums where babies are welcome to participate, rather than focussing on baby yoga, however we may touch on some topics such as baby massage and introducing toddlers to yoga from time to time. 

The class is open to babies up to 12 months. Please let us know if your baby is crawling or walking so that we may be sure that the area is safe. 

$80 for 6 classes. Course is run over 7 weeks to make up a maximum of 1 missed class. If all 6 weeks are attended 7th class is $10.
