Turiya Yoga Retreats is offering you an opportunity to escape the everyday and step into something truly special with this 3 day / 3 night retreat in the wonderful Hunter Valley.  Join Jo Gates as she guides you on a journey designed to nurture body and mind, enliven the spirit and entice and indulge the senses.  

  • Immerse yourself in yoga with twice daily practices including morning vinyasa and evening yin or restorative
  • Deepen your meditation with daily guided meditation sessions
  • Soak in the beauty of Willow Tree Estate in the midst of the vineyards.
  • Nourish yourself with amazing food and enjoy superb Hunter Valley wines
  • Enjoy time to rest and relax - swim, read, snooze, schedule a massage (in house, additional fee applies)
  • Explore all that the Hunter has to offer.  

This will be an intimate retreat and numbers will be limited so bookings are essential.

Retreat schedule will accommodate the flow of the weekend and the group but the following is a general outline:

  • Afternoon workshops (optional)
  • Evening Yin Yoga /Restorative Yoga/ Yoga Nidra
