The Sound Temple and Ruby 9 Yoga invite you to join us for our monthly workshop.

This month we are including a bushwalk with out yoga and chant workshop

The Sivapancaksari Mantrah is a chant that invites us to engage with and to celebrate the influence of Siva. With this chant we bang on the drum, stamp our feet, dance with grace and joy dispelling the darkness of ignorance  to reveal the light of renewal.

What better way to do this than to walk through the bush, put our chant into the framework of a yoga practice and to finish back at the sound temple to conclude our workshop


When we chant we set up a vibration throughout the body.
In this intensive workshop you will move with the sound and vibration of your own voice exploring that conection between your body, breath and mind.

Meet at the Sound Temple at 9.45am.

There will be some refreshments after the workshop.
