VEDIC CHANTING FOR HEALTH AND WELLBEING
“SHINE A LIGHT ON ME”
A dance between sound, body, breath and spirit.
– a practice involving the Mantrapuspam, a Vedic Chant that focuses on the qualities associated with water and, in this case, on starlight reflected over water. With this focus we will symbolically link with the concept of encouraging reflection on the sparks of light that cross our path.

When we chant we set up a vibration throughout the body.
In this intensive workshop you will move physically and vocally with the sound and vibration of your own voice exploring that conection between your body, breath and mind.
