A class for real people, providing real solutions. Yoga is for everyone, regardless of your body size, your age or your physical limitations. Roving Redhead Yoga specialise in providing a fun, friendly and nurturing environment to help you reach your potential. Class plans and poses are modified to suit individual needs, with all yoga equipment provided for both Group & Private sessions. All you need to bring to class is yourself, some water and your willingness to try.

As a Yoga Teacher I’ve seen just how much an impact yoga can make to improve health and fitness but more importantly I know this through personal experience. I have Fibromyalgia, a chronic disorder that robs you of your physical strength, energy and keeps you in constant pain. Before I discovered yoga I could barely get out of bed in the morning and my weight ballooned to 155kg, but then it all changed. Not overnight, and not easily but with an understanding teacher I started to gain my strength back and lose weight. More importantly, I started to regain my confidence in myself - I CAN do this - I just need to take it slow and modify some poses or use props to accommodate my condition. Why am I telling you this? I want to help people who may have their own health issues get back on their feet. I know how scary it can be to try something new when everything hurts, or to be the only plus-sized person in the room struggling to keep up. I've been there. I also know how amazing it feels when you start taking back some control. What you CAN do is the important thing, NOT what you can't.
