I teach a mindfulness style of yoga that nurtures the body, initiating a relaxation response. You will become stronger, more flexible, your posture will improve. I've studied hatha, flow & power yoga, as well as mindfulness, meditation, nutrition, coaching & counselling.

I work mostly with women who have busy, stressful lives and are looking for some well earned "me time" to keep the balance. I teach small classes, so each person gets personalised care and attention. I draw on all my training to support clients to navigate the mental and emotional challenges of life with more peace & acceptance.

My students say that my classes are invigorating and rejuvenating. They love how they feel afterwards.

Once a month, I host a one day retreat, so we can take time out from the busy routine and immerse ourselves in mindful practices that bring us back to our natural state of being; calm, relaxed and happy.
