If you have been looking for the opportunity to devote yourself to an early morning practice of some kind, well hehe here it is😄  Introduce yourself to how good a dynamic early morning connection can have you feel. There is also something vitally nourishing about early mornings in the middle of winter - getting up in the dark cold can really help us (re)claim a deep part of ourselves, that part that holds our deepest dreams/inspirations for this Life.

So come along and dip your toes into some devotion to self and to your soul's truth here as a gateway to general well-being!☺

PS...
Japanese Yoga is complementary to anything else that you love doing (surfing, gardening, connecting with loved ones, a traditional Asana yoga practice, whatever). As you harmonise your energy meridians through the exercises, your body, heart and mind tone and strengthen, giving you additional access to whatever else truly inspires you🤗It is also TOTALLY SUITED TO BEGINNERS☺

And if you are a super-dooper beginner, consider joining one or both of the Introduction classes, $10: 7pm Thu 15 June and 4pm Sat 1 July
