Satyananda Yoga is a gentle, integrated form of yoga that employs practices to guide you through different levels of your being from the physical to the mental to subtler experiences. This class comprises postures (asana), breathing techniques (pranayama) followed by the deep relaxation practice of yoga nidra. Focus is placed on developing awareness of your body and mind, and how you feel.
