Breath and gentle movement help you open to the healing effects of the sound, supporting you in your journey through specific therapeutic sequences delivered by a duo of highly experienced gongmasters and sound specialists. There is PLENTY OF SPACE at Yoga To Go to keep the new physical distancing requirement but participant numbers are STILL LIMITED so PLEASE PLEASE book early if you would like one of those places.
REMEMBER TO BRING whatever you need to be really comfortable : mat, blankets, cushions, beach towel, shawl, sleeping bag, quilt, an eye pillow or light scarf to cover your eyes and water to drink.
