We will be exploring evidence-based techniques inspired by ancient yogic wisdom including yoga nidra, pranayama, mindful movement, integrative restoration for PTSD and others depending on the needs of the group.
This is a SIX WEEK series of therapeutic practice
designed to meet you where you are right now...
and take you to where you need to be.
In order to meet the specific needs of the participants and for you to receive maximum benefit from the practices, this is a CLOSED GROUP with no drop in classes.

The OFF Switch series will be held weekly on
Monday nights in the historic church hall
at Erskineville Village next to Newtown from 7.45-8.45pm.

including a CD for home practice
Bring a mat, cushions, light shawl or blanket to cover you and water to drink. Being responsible for your own comfort is an important part of healing so please feel free to bring whatever you need to be completely comfortable.
