A blend of elevating Kundalini yoga, deep relaxation and chanting meditation with mantra and
sublime sound followed by fresh chai and healthy snacks.

September 9 celebrates the birthday of Ganesha, Hindu god of Knowledge and Happiness – a good combination. Ganesha is known as the remover of obstacles, his image of an elephant headed man riding on a rat conveys the message that even the impossible is possible. This month we will be chanting a beautiful and powerful mantra meditation dedicated to Ganesha to clear blocks from your own karma – past, present and future.

Chanting creates sound vibrations which affect the body, mind and spirit.

The interraction of the tongue and the roof of the mouth stimulates our 84 meridians
as well as influencing our master glands thereby promoting changes in brain chemistry.

The resonance of chanting opens the brain to deep relaxation so that profound healing can occur. 

Bring a mat or rug and blanket to cover yourself with during deep relaxation for the most cozy experience.
