Chanting & Chai continues in our familiar cosy venue in South Newtown
on (mostly) the fourth Fridays of the month 6.30-8.00pm.
Our sessions will cover a blend of movement, deep relaxation and chanting meditation with mantra and sublime sound followed by fresh chai and chat.
This week we have a short kundalini yoga kriya, deep relaxation and
extended group mantra chanting in the Gurmukhi language:
Aad Such, Jugaad Such, Haibee Such, Nanak Hosee Bhee Such
