Welcome in Autumn at the tranquil Govinda Valley with 3 days of Yoga, nourishing vegetarian food, good company and self nurturing practices.
Just 1 hour south of Sydney, surrounded by mountains and the nearby National Park beaches... Govindas Retreat Centre is a place for healing and time out to just be, to have some time for yourself and do as much or as little as you like.
Classes will include Vinyasa Yoga, Yin Yoga, Inversions Workshop and Partner Yoga Therapeutics - with some surprise activites organised for free time.
​Classes are designed for those already practicing Yoga-to advance your practice and support learning in a fun and safe environment.- All levels and bodies welcome
Lead by Vicky Chapman, immerse yourself in 3 days of juicy Yoga, Meditation and Pranayama whilst enjoying the amazing Ayurvedic food, and the beautiful surrounding bush land and nearby beaches
