Mums Only Indulgence Class

In these two Playroom Yoga classes just for mums we will practice some very indulgent and peaceful relaxation, breathing techniques and restorative poses. We will explore in greater depth the anatomy and physiology of the neck and shoulders, a particular area of tension and mis-alignment in parents of small children who spend lots of time and energy lifting and carrying. We will work on both releasing and re-aligning the neck and shoulders to improve posture and breathing and create balance and peace in the Heart Space, the seat of our emotions and our sense of self.
