9 WEEK CHILD-FRIENDLY COURSE FOR PARENTS
(This class is for babies from crawling to kindy age kids. For pre-crawling babies please see Mums and Bubs class) PAYMENT OPTIONS: Deposit only $90 (Remainder due week 5) Yoga is the perfect way for parents to exercise as it builds strength and flexibility gently and helps reduce tension and stress. This is a class mainly for adults but toddlers are more than welcome to have a go at poses too.
Our Parents classes will be very small with a maximum of 10, to ensure lots of support and attention. The Northside Hub is a beautifully calming space with plenty of room to feed/change your babies, toddlers to play and grown-ups to enjoy a cuppa and a chat after class. BENEFITS OF YOGA FOR PARENTS - You can enjoy a class in a child-friendly environment. (bring along snacks and toys to keep your little one amused) - Postures and relaxation techniques are designed specifically for the changes pregnancy and parenthood bring to your body.

- Your child will have lots of space to play in a relaxed environment. - You learn calming techniques you can use at home when feeling tired and overwhelmed. - Classes include postures to help reduce tightness from feeding, lifting and muscle damage during pregnancy.
