Description
A Dynamic Flow in an express 1 hour format that will get you sweating.
TIME: Wednesdays 6am – 7am

Please note that these classes are booked as a 4 week block in advance. All booking need to be received by Monday 2nd October. Payment is non-refundable for change of mind.

Payment can also be made in person at Amrita Yoga. Should the course not run due to minimum not being reached those registrants will be contacted and the course re-scheduled to a mutually agreed date or a full refund will be provided.
