Stress, injury, illness, disease, lack of regular full joint movement and age all can have a major effect on the health of your neck, as well as the ball and socket joints of the shoulders. Do you sit or stand for the majority of your day? Are you living with osteoporosis, bursitis, or harbouring an old shoulder injury or have a job, hobby or sport that is repetitive in nature? Then come along and explore various yoga techniques to help improve postural alignment, release and improve joint rotation, along with breath awareness practices to help reduce tension away from the body.
