Description

An 8 week course where each week focusses on one of the 8 chakras of kundalini yoga. We will meet our chakra through guided practice then practice Kriya, meditation & sound healing.

This course offers a way to engage with your own energy body & pranic potential that will allow for a profound & often transformative experience with a sensitive instructor who has taught Kundalini Yoga in inner Sydney since 2005.

The studio space is beautiful & class numbers kept intimate to form a cosy environment in which to practice.
